Built on the Create Health Methodology Guided Meditation, Positive Psychology Exercises & Binaural Sound Therapy in One App, Rated 4.7+ on Both Stores
Fundación facilisimo is a Spanish-language collaborative community with more than 50 million members. Its mission centres on improving wellbeing through evidence-based approaches to mental and physical health and the Create Health methodology sits at the heart of that work. The methodology brings together mindfulness, guided meditation, nutrition, physical activity and positive psychology into a structured framework that any person can follow, regardless of their prior experience with mental wellness practices.
To bring Create Health to a mobile audience, Fundación facilisimo needed an app that would make the methodology genuinely accessible: structured enough to guide users who were new to meditation, flexible enough to support daily practice over months and years, and compelling enough to become a habit. The app also needed to work offline so that users in areas with unreliable connectivity were never locked out of a session they needed.
We were the development partner for Siente building the iOS and Android app that has since reached 700,000 users, earned more than 10,000 positive reviews, and become the recommended mindfulness tool of psychologists across the Spanish-speaking world.
The Create Health methodology is comprehensive covering meditation, psychology exercises, nutrition and physical activity. The app needed to translate this into a daily user experience that was simple enough to start, structured enough to be useful, and motivating enough to sustain a habit over time.
Different users come to mindfulness for different reasons stress reduction, relationship improvement, confidence, purpose. The app needed to deliver personalised plans and exercises based on each user's goals without requiring a complex onboarding process that would cause drop-off before the first session.
A mindfulness session interrupted by a lost connection defeats its own purpose. The app needed to support offline access to sessions, so users in areas with poor coverage or those who preferred to meditate without a network connection could complete their practice uninterrupted.
Fundación facilisimo's community ethos extended to the app: collective meditation sessions where users practice together at the same time required infrastructure to handle simultaneous participation across a large and growing user base without performance degradation.
Wellbeing improvements are difficult to feel in the short term. The app needed to track and visualise personal change over time giving users evidence that the practice was working, and giving the psychologists and practitioners recommending the app a credible data foundation to point to.
Fundación facilisimo's network spans more than 250 distributors, including Gympass's 75,000+ affiliated gyms and studios, educational institutions and healthcare organisations. The app needed a subscription and access model that could scale across diverse distribution channels without requiring custom builds for each partner.
We built a cross-platform mobile app for iOS &
Android, delivering
The app was built with the community dimension of Fundación facilisimo in mind: not just a solo practice tool, but a platform through which 50 million Spanish speakers could access a shared wellbeing methodology and track their individual progress within it. The result is an app that psychologists actively recommend not simply one that users download and forget.
The primary product, used daily by hundreds of thousands of Spanish-speaking users:
The app is a direct implementation of Fundación facilisimo's Create Health framework. Every session type guided meditation, positive psychology exercise, collective practice maps to a specific aspect of the methodology, giving users a coherent programme rather than a disconnected collection of content.
Sessions incorporate binaural audio two tones at slightly different frequencies delivered through headphones to produce a perceived third tone a technique used to support relaxation, focus and sleep. The audio is built into the session content rather than offered as a separate feature, making it part of the core practice experience.
Scheduled group sessions allow users across the community to practice simultaneously. The shared experience reinforces the community foundation of Fundación facilisimo, turning a solo phone activity into something that connects users across the Spanishspeaking world at the same moment.
The app records data on sessions completed, practice frequency, streaks and self-reported wellbeing indicators, presenting them back to the user as a personal change report. Progress made visible over weeks and months sustains engagement far more reliably than motivation alone.
Sessions are downloadable for offline use. Users can practice in areas with no signal, during flights, or simply in environments where they prefer not to use a network connection without any degradation in the experience or loss of their progress data.
The app has become a tool that psychologists actively recommend to patients a distinction that reflects both the quality of the content and the credibility of the methodology. The design supports this: it presents evidence-based practices clearly, without the gamification patterns common in consumer wellness apps that can undermine clinical credibility.
