A Unified Digital Platform for Seamless Sports Management

Leinster GAA aimed to create an integrated platform that simplifies event management, ticketing, and user engagement. The solution offers an intuitive admin interface for managing users, coaches, and events, while providing end-users with personalized access to fixtures, news, and training resources.

Through this unified design, admins can manage users, fixtures, and reports, while users can view events, news, and resources directly from any device. The responsive web platform ensures a cohesive, accessible, and user-friendly experience across all roles.

Project Challenges and Needs

Before this platform, Leinster GAA relied on multiple disconnected systems to manage fixtures, ticketing, and training content. The absence of a unified platform made it difficult to coordinate between administrators, coaches, and end-users. The following needs were identified:
