What is Symposia?

Symposia is an app designed for artists and creative professionals of various skill levels, offering real-time discussions and unbiased guidance from art experts. It’s a secure hub for artists to connect, explore diverse styles, and advice from like-minded peers from across the world, enhancing their creative journey.

Artists on Symposia engage in candid conversations while mingling with a community deeply passionate about art. In a nutshell, it’s a platform that encourages artistic collaboration, and growth within a safe and supportive digital space.

Vision behind Symposia

Symposia was founded by Ian Duffy with a clear vision: to create a haven for artists, providing a trusted space where they could receive productive feedback, connect with like-minded individuals, and explore new perspectives on their work.

Duffy recognised the challenges artists faced in finding genuine connections and advice. With Symposia, the goal was to foster a professional community that encourages growth and authentic relationships.

Development of an awesome platform!

The development phase of Symposia centred on creating a robust networking platform for artists. Our team engineered robust real-time chat functionalities, allowing users to connect based on regions and interests. We ensured user-controlled portfolio access and implemented AI-driven image moderation and user-reporting mechanisms.

Scalability was a core focus, accommodating a growing community while maintaining performance excellence. Our dedication to a technically sound platform ensured a secure, engaging, and artist- centric environment.
