TeachKloud is a cloud-based platform for facilitating a better management and compliance process in the early childhood care sector of Europe. Using advanced AI, TeachKloud auto-suggests an early childhood curriculum framework that simplifies teachers’ daily tasks and ensures the focus is where it should always be - education and childcare needs.
It has become one of the most opted platforms in Ireland for improved communication between teachers/care providers and parents. It has automated operations like invoicing and billing, tracking attendance, sharing learning stories or conducting visual assessments. Moreover, the app has reduced paperwork by 60% and has cut down 3 hours of administrative tasks.

Wendy Oke and her vision
behind TeachKloud
Dr Wendy Oke is a PhD graduate from Cork University. During her research on early childhood education, she realised that Europe’s childcare sector is massive and is expected to reach a revenue of €215 billion by 2025. However, she found that the preschool educators were more overworked and struggled with flooded administrative work and compliance.
She found that this was overburdening to the teachers, and they couldn’t focus entirely on what actually mattered the most- providing quality care and education. She initiated a project to make a difference by bringing in a solution that would greatly help early childhood care providers.
An incredible platform for incredible care!
TeachKloud primarily worked on a hosted platform before we came into the picture. Their previous system was a template-based platform full of bugs. We collaborated and started a project in which we leveraged our experience to bring out a robust solution that has now become the ultimate nursery management software.
TeachKloud’s journey with us
Developing TeachKloud demanded intensive work. We had to develop 4 different interfaces with separate feature-rich platforms. What’s more, it required us to have a deep understanding of Europe’s early childhood education sector to create functionalities regarding preschool curriculum and frameworks. On top of it, the project had to be delivered super quickly.

Prior to engaging, TeachKloud was operating a hosted platform for over 300+ schools which required modernisation.
